Art. 1: Registration

All registrations for our services (surf guiding, holistic coaching, courses or any other service) must be made using a duly completed registration form.
– For minors, the form must be completed by their parents or legal guardian, with parental authorisation.
– For adults, the booking must be made by the person concerned.

Registration is confirmed upon receipt of:

the completed form,

payment for the service or a deposit where applicable.

A 30% deposit may be required for certain services (courses, retreats, stays). The balance is due before the start of the service, at the latest on the first day.

All registrations imply full acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Art. 2: Cancellation of courses/services

Our GTC allow cancellations under certain conditions.

2.1 Cancellation by the client

Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before the date of the service, without justification.

Within this period:
→ a refund will be made, less a £30 administration fee, corresponding to administrative costs and blocked slots.

Any cancellation less than 48 hours before the service is due in full, except in cases of duly justified force majeure (medical certificate, accident, unforeseen event).

Lessons missed by the customer are neither refunded nor automatically rescheduled.

2.2 Cancellation due to ocean or weather conditions

If conditions do not allow the lesson or surf guiding to take place (dangerous sea, total absence of waves, pollution, storm, extreme wind, etc.), the decision rests with the guide.

In this case, the participant may choose:
– to postpone to a later date,
– a credit note valid for 12 months,
– a full refund if no postponement is possible.

Any session that has started but is interrupted for reasons beyond the control of the organisation cannot be refunded.

Art. 3: Responsibility of the organisation

Participants are under the responsibility of the guide 15 minutes before the start of the service and up to 15 minutes after the end of the service.

Outside these times, the organisation cannot be held liable.

Parents must check, before leaving a minor, that the planned service is taking place and that conditions are favourable.

It is strongly recommended not to bring any valuables (telephone, jewellery, wallet). The organisation is not responsible for loss, theft or damage.

Art. 4: Insurance

All participants are covered by the organisation’s professional civil liability insurance during the actual hours of supervision.

Customers are advised to take out individual accident insurance, particularly for minors and regular participants.

An FFS licence (School, Participant or Competition) may be requested if the customer wishes to benefit from additional cover (civil liability, individual accident, assistance).

Coverage applies only during teaching or surf guiding hours.

Art. 5: Commitment of the organisation

The organisation undertakes to:

– offer personalised support, adapted to the participant’s level, profile and objectives;
– comply with its internal quality charter (safety, teaching, appropriate equipment, professional welcome);
– offering a holistic approach, incorporating ocean reading, feeling, emotional management, breathing work and technical progression;
– providing the necessary equipment when required (boards, wetsuits, leashes).

Art. 6: Commitment of participants

The participant (or their parents for minors) acknowledges the risks inherent in surfing and water sports in a natural environment.

The participant declares that they:
– are in good health,
– can swim at least 25 metres,
– have disclosed any medical contraindications.

The participant undertakes to comply with safety instructions, the guide’s instructions and other users of the coastline.

Art. 7: Transport (if applicable)

When the service includes travel (spot transfer, exploration, surf trip), the organisation undertakes to use a vehicle that is:

– insured and compliant with current standards,
– driven by a holder of the appropriate licence,
– in compliance with the maximum number of passengers,
– clean, well-maintained and serviced.

Art. 8: Image rights

Unless you object in writing at the time of registration, you authorise the organisation to use photos and videos taken during the activities for communication purposes (website, social media, promotional materials), without financial compensation.

You may request the removal of an image of yourself by simple written request.
